A comprehensive visual inspection and testing of all maintenance tools is performed. Cable reels, electric tools, and lifting tools are all within their inspection period and have passed visual inspection. After passing inspection, all tools are transported to the designated location at the maintenance site. On-site inspection and preparation: The maintenance site is managed under a fixed-position system.
