1. External heat source heating method: For a damp cycloidal reducer, first disassemble and inspect it, then use a high-power incandescent bulb placed inside the machine to heat it, or place it in a drying oven for drying. 2. Welding machine drying method: Before operating this method, connect the terminals of the damp windings in series, ground the machine casing, and then heat and dry all three windings. 3. Excitation coil drying method: Wind an excitation coil onto the stator coil core of the cycloidal reducer spiral bevel reducer and pass AC current through it to generate magnetic flux in the stator, relying on its iron loss to dry the stator. Generally, when using the machine, it should be placed in a safe, sunny location, and regular maintenance and upkeep should be performed to reduce moisture absorption and ensure normal operation.
