Screw jack spindle maintenance: To reduce the operating temperature of the bearings, the most common method is lubrication. Lubrication methods include oil-air lubrication and oil circulation lubrication.
The following points should be noted when using these two methods:
1. When using oil circulation lubrication, the screw jack must ensure that the oil level in the constant temperature oil tank of the main shaft is sufficient.
2. The oil-air lubrication method is exactly the opposite of the oil circulation lubrication method. The screw jack only needs to fill 100% of the bearing space capacity.
The advantage of circulating lubrication is that, while ensuring adequate lubrication, it can reduce frictional heat generation and absorb some of the heat from the screw jack assembly.
