Selection of spring damper deflection: Usually, the rated deflection of the spring damper proposed by the damper manufacturer is generally 25MM (from the frequency value of about 3-4HZ), and this deflection can be applied to the vibration isolation of the vacuum pump at 650 revolutions per minute. When the rotational speed is lower than 650, it is recommended to use a spring isolator with a deflection of 40 or less.

Addition of a sui-base:

In order to meet the more stringent standards of vibration control, the addition of a sui-base, together with the use of a spring isolator, is undoubtedly the best choice.

Add rubber vibration isolators:

Rubber vibration isolator selection: the material is generally neoprene (C.R), natural rubber (N.R); generally choose compression type rubber vibration isolator, for the lighter weight of the vacuum pump, you can choose the shear type rubber vibration isolator; compared with the spring vibration isolator, the rubber vibration isolation performance of rubber vibration isolation performance is relatively poor.
