If it accounts for 30/3T of the market share in 2015, its sales revenue could reach 1.5 billion yuan, generating a profit of approximately 300 million yuan.

Due to outdated technology and lack of competitiveness, existing cycloidal reducer products have very low profit margins. According to industry statistics, in 2005, the industry's output was 605,000 units, with sales revenue of 2.92 billion yuan and total profit of 160 million yuan. It is projected that by 2010, the industry's output will reach 850,000 units, sales revenue will reach 3.8 billion yuan, and total profit will reach 300 million yuan, with profits accounting for only 6-81% of sales revenue.

The cycloidal pinwheel planetary reducer possesses independent intellectual property rights and high performance. Its profit margin can account for 20% of sales revenue. In 2015, the production volume of cycloidal reducers reached 30% (approximately 300,000 units) of the gear reducer market share, which could increase sales revenue by 850 million yuan and profit by 600 million yuan. Based on 50kg/unit, it could save 15,000 tons of materials. If the product can be upgraded and replaced as soon as possible, it will generate significant economic and social benefits.
