What isMagnetic Gear?
A magnetic gear, also known as a magnetic wheel, is a non-contact power transmission device that utilizes the interaction of the attractive and repulsive forces of magnets.
Product Features: Cleanroom Environment: Utilizing magnetic force, products can be transported in a vacuum environment where a cleanroom is required, using torque to transfer them in a non-contact manner.
Low gas emission: In order to reduce gas emissions, large machines and vacuum chambers can be used in environments of 10-5 PA due to special surface treatment.
Subwoofer: Provides a subwoofer effect unimaginable in traditional gear and conveyor belt conveyor machines. Offers a clean and tidy production environment.
Torque limiting function: If an abnormal load occurs, the two magnetic gears will rotate independently, achieving a torque limiting function. Furthermore, because it operates in a non-contact environment with no mechanical wear, it has a longer service life than traditional gear-based transmission tools.
Reduced costs: Eliminating the need to replace worn parts reduces operating costs. Since repeated vacuum standby does not affect performance, the previously complex design is no longer required.
