Reducer model selection

There are a few things to keep in mind when selecting a reducer model:
The shaft diameter of the selected reducer must not be larger than the shaft diameter used in the table.
If the torque calculation work, the speed can meet the usual operation, but in the servo full output, there is a shortage of phenomenon, we can be in the motor side of the driver, do the current limiting control, or in the mechanical axis to do torque protection, which is very necessary.
Selection of general-purpose reducers includes steps such as presenting the original conditions, selecting the type, and determining the specifications.
In contrast, the type selection is relatively simple, and accurately provide the working conditions of the reducer, master the design, manufacture and use of the characteristics of the reducer is the key to the correct and reasonable selection of general-purpose reducer specifications.
Specification selection should meet the conditions of strength, thermal balance, and radial load on the shaft extension.
