I. Environmental conditions
1 The determination of the temperature rise of the cycloid reducer should be carried out indoors where it is not affected by the outside temperature, the indoor ambient temperature should be within the range of 5~40℃, and the indoor air should be in free circulation?not allowed to be used in the way of forced circulation.
2. Temperature measurement point
The temperature measurement point should be selected at a location where the thermometer can reach the lubricating oil of the cycloid reducer.
II. Thermometers
The indexing value is 0.5°C.
III. Measurement methods
1. Determination of working temperature
Determination of the temperature rise of the tested reducer is usually carried out simultaneously with the determination of the load carrying capacity and transmission efficiency of the reducer, or it can be carried out separately, and the tested reducer reads the working temperature of the reducer at the rated rotational speed and rated input power when it complies with the regulations.
2. Measurement of ambient temperature
Place a thermometer at 1.5m from the surface of the cycloid reducer to be measured, the height of the thermometer measurement point from the ground is equal to the axis of the reducer, the thermometer should be placed without the influence of external radiant heat and airflow, and the reading of the ambient temperature value and the value of the working temperature value should be carried out at the same time.
IV. Temperature rise calculation
The temperature rise is calculated by the following formula:
Where: Δt--Temperature rise of reducer, ℃
Operating temperature of the cycloid reducer at rated speed and rated input power, °C
Ambient temperature, °C. t2-- t1-- Δt=t1-t2
