If the nut has accidentally come off or you have already disassembled it, reinstall the nut as follows: Machine a hollow sleeve with an outer diameter slightly smaller than the bottom diameter of the screw raceway (about 0.1mm smaller), an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the screw end (0.5~2mm larger), and a length longer than the nut (10~50mm longer).<\/p>\n<p>\tPlug one end of the hollow sleeve with a soft material such as foam packaging, insert it into the clean, ball-free nut, and then install the clean balls one by one into each circulation groove. After filling one circle (the gap should be 0.5 to 1.5 ball diameters), gently rotate the hollow sleeve to confirm that it is smooth before pushing the hollow sleeve to the next circle, until it is completely filled.<\/p>\n<p>\tNext, remove the filler from the plug. Insert the hollow sleeve and nut together onto the screw shaft end. Hold the hollow sleeve with one hand and slowly screw the nut onto the screw shaft with the other until the nut is smoothly and completely screwed into the effective thread groove of the screw shaft. Finally, inject grease or lubricating oil into the nut's oil injection hole.
