Disassembly and assembly of sprockets
1、Automatic sprocket
The automatic sprocket is connected to the output shaft of the starter by spline and fixed by spline stopper or nut. When disassembling, you can remove the sprocket cover, remove the chain, screw down the spline stopper or fixing nut, and pull out the small sprocket. When assembling, proceed in the opposite order.
2、Slave sprocket
① Support the main brace so that the rear wheels are cocked.
② Loosen the rear axle fastening nut and the adjuster nut, and remove the chain box and chain.
③ Remove the rear brake lever and pull out the rear wheel assembly together.
④ Remove the bolt, nut or retaining ring securing the sprocket, and remove the sprocket rear hub or pin bolt from the sprocket.
⑤ When installing, proceed in the opposite order. And tighten the sprocket fixing nut or bolt (30-50N.m) and rear wheel axle nut (50-80N.m) according to the rule torque.
