How is the speed ratio range of a cycloid reducer calculated?

Speed ratio range
Speed ratio = motor output revolutions ÷ reducer output revolutions
1. The transmission ratio is large. The transmission ratio is 1/6-1/87 for one-stage deceleration, 1/99-1/7569 for two-stage deceleration, and 1/5841-1/658503 for three-stage deceleration; in addition, multi-stage combinations can be used to achieve the specified large speed ratios according to the needs.
2. High transmission efficiency. As the engagement part adopts rolling engagement, the transmission efficiency of the general first stage is 90%-95%.
3. Compact structure, small volume, light weight. The volume can be reduced by 2/1-2/3 compared with ordinary cylindrical gear reducer.
4. Fewer failures and longer life. The main transmission meshing parts are made of bearing steel grinding, so the mechanical properties and wear-resistant performance are good, and because of its rolling friction, thus fewer failures, long life.
5. Smooth and reliable operation. Because the transmission process is multi-tooth meshing, so it makes the smooth and reliable operation, low noise.
6. Easy to disassemble and easy to maintain.
7. Strong overload capacity, shock resistance, small moment of inertia, suitable for frequent starting and forward and reverse rotation operation.
